Hi there, Im renting out a room in my apartment in Nacka, located in a quiet area, with a balcony overlooking the treetops. Rent includes a furnished room (with a 120cm bed), electricity, internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The room will be available from July 1, 2017. The apartment is 270 meters from the bus station where busses to Slussen run very frequently. The apartment is also conveniently located 500 meters from ICA Maxi and 700 meters from Nacka Forum shopping center. Rent is 3,500 kr/month and the deposit is one months rent, which you will receive upon moving out.
