Hi there, Im renting out a room in my apartment which is located in a quiet area in Nacka. Rent includes a furnished room (with a 120cm bed), electricity, internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The apartment is 270 meters from the bus station where busses to Slussen run very frequently, taking ca. 10-15 minutes to the city. The apartment is also conveniently located 500 m from ICA Maxi and 700 m from Nacka Forum shopping center. Rent is 3,500 kr/month and the deposit is one months rent, which you will get back after moving out. Im looking for a tidy, reliable and respectful woman, between the ages of 20-30, to rent the room out for a minimum of 3 months - so please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange for you to see the room and meet each other.
