An adorable apartment in an adorable area of Stockholm. A bright, high-ceilinged two-floor (rooftop) apartment with a panoramic view over Lake Järla and the lighthouse, offering a living painting of natures own colour play, where pink winter sunrises and rainbows are among my favourites. The apartment is situated in a lakeside oasis, close to town yet immersed in the meditative calm and silence of the lake. A lakeside trail passes right at the doorstep, and Nacka Nature Reserve is nearby. Depending on the season, the lake offers swimming, kayaking, skiing, and ice skating. Residents have shared access to a sauna, guest room, rowing boat, and kayaks. Despite the peaceful setting, the location is very well connected: only 13 minutes to Slussen by bus (Järla Station, Ekuddsvägen, or Finntorp), with a 78 minute walk to the bus stop. It is also just a few-minutes walki n each direction to either Nacka Forum or Sickla Köpkvarter. A pleasant cycling and boat route leads to Södermalm (8 km). A perfect home for nature-loving persons who still want to be close to the city. Suitable for a single resident or, at most, a couple. Water, wifi and heating included. Electricity excluded.
