I am renting out my three-room apartment (72m2) in Sickla under the period of 12 months. Apartment is available starting from 17/10. Rent is 15000 SEK per month (internet, water, heating are included). It is a few minutes to Sältsjöbannan and around 6 min to the bus station with direct connection to Slussen. It takes approximately 15 min with public transport to the city center, alternatively 20 min by bike. The area is children friendly, with several playing grounds, two swimming pools, a lake just outside of the housing complex. Sickla shopping center with many shops and training centers is just a walk away. The apartment is on the 5th floor (there is an elevator), with two bedrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher). The apartment is recently painted and fully furnished. It has towels and bed linnen. There is a balcony with evening sun. Renovated bathroom with bath tub. Washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. The apartment to be rented to a family or a couple, or a person with stable income. No smoking and no pets are allowed.
