Hej, I like to rent out my student room in a corridor which is 17 sq.m. It has its own bathroom and storage for one/two person. As it is a room in a corridor, you have to share the kitchen, offers you a chance to make new friends. But there is a big fridge in the room itself. It is a furnished room for two people. It is available from 1st May, but if you want to move from 1st April, can be possible. The rent is 4500 sek and also one month rent as caution deposit, that would be returned while moving out(negotiable). The rent includes water, electricity and broadband.
