Our modern home is located on an island in the beautiful Swedish archipelago. It has sea view and the nature is just around the corner. It only takes 25 minutes by car to reach Stockholm City and by bus/train it takes about 50 minutes. 5 minutes with car to closest gym, 10 minutes to car to closest mall Saltsjöbaden centrum where you can find grocery stores, laundry service, dentist, shops etc. Living here is like living on the country side but with access to all facilities needed. Villa Bianca was built in 2016. On the bottom floor we have kitchen, fully equipped with 2 ovens (one combined with microwave) stove, freezer, refrigerator and 2 dishwashes. The kitchen table can fit up to 10 people. The livingroom has a big sofa and a flat tv. We have one guest bedroom on the bottom floor that contains a 160 cm bed and have a flat-tv and access to a private terrace on the front side of the house. (morning sun) The bathroom on first floor has ceramic tiles from Roberto Cavalli and contains a shower. The laundry on first floor is equipped with washing machine. On the second floor we have the master bedroom connected to a big bathroom, also this with ceramic tiles from Roberto Cavalli, 2 showers, bath tub and double basin. In bedroom 1, we have a 90 cm bed and a working desk with computer/screen. In bedroom 2 we have a crib at the moment but can be exchanged to a 90 cm bed if needed. On the second floor we have a social lounge area connected to a big balcony where we often enjoy the Swedish summer nights. It has sun the whole evening and a dinner table for up to 8 people. Outdoor on first floor we have two different bbqs and a big sofa. Villa Bianca is a modern house with many social areas and contains all facilities that you need...
