The apartment is located on the 11th floor on the south east corner of the building. Sunrises over Järlasjön in the morning to the east and views of Hammrbybacken ski hill and Nackareservetet to the south. Right across the road from all the amenities at Sickla shopping center, Saltsjöbanan tvärbanan and buses to Slussen are very regular. 1km to Nackareservetet and Siclkasjön. The balcony is enclosed and faces S/SE there is a spa and sauna in the lower basement and industrial laundry facilities in the upper basement. There is a bicycle garage. The apartment is 3 room but could be considered 3.5 as the office space could be considered an addition to the three rooms... depends on interpretation :) The second bedroom is configured for two kids but that could be changed depending on your situation. Internet and all utilities are covered in the rent. The Sauna and spa is in the basement, not in the apartment itself but there was no option to select for that I am relocating back to Australia, possibly for a couple of years for work.
