Hey I have a room in a new apartment building in Sickla/Stockholm that is available for renting from the 27th of april until the end of august/beginning of september. Hardly 30 mins to T-Centralen with a bus and metro. The room (rum 1 in attached picture) is furnished with a bed, night table, wardrobes and a shelf. It is roughly 12 square meters. Kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared with two very nice students. One of them studies law and the other electricity engineering. The rent is 5200 / month plus ca 200 for electricity. Insurances already paid. I am very happy here and couldnt have found a better apartment after a lot of looking. There are benches on the room for sun and beer
