Idylliskt hus med trädgård 10-15 min fr söder, Stockholm

I will be subletting my (rented) house a 10-15 min bike/bus ride from Södermalm from July 10/11 this year to Jan 31, 2019. Its 38m2 (its not a Attefallshus but the original house on the property), has a kitchen, bedroom nook, a bigger living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with wc and shower, lots of storage space and a huge open wardrobe. It comes with a garden (that you dont have to take care of) with lawn furniture, a hammock, some wild strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Its located in Nackareservatet, a nature reserve, and is one minute from a skinny dip in a lake, a two minute run from a 100k of running trails (and XC skiing snowy winters). These woods are awesome. My landlords only demand is a single person (they would prefer a woman, but then again Im a guy - so its more about the right person), no couples, no kidz, no petz, no smokerz, no credit remarks. Of course you can have occasional visitors, but not really parties etc. Theres free street parking and the residential area is idyllic. Kitchen and bedroom comes with a lake view and the place is only 7 130 SEK/month. 14 000 kr deposit required (returned when you move out). Living here is like living in the countryside, but closer to the city than the vast majority of Stockholms suburbs. It comes with some perks: there is no wifi (so you better buy a dongle or get your internet needs satisfied through your mobile data),the freezer is in the cellar and the washing machine is in the landlords house (you have to be a people person because that relationship is crucial. That said, the landlords are lovely). The landlords would prefer someone fully fluent in Swedish, or at least with a conversational level of the language.
