Ill rent out my 2 room apartment at Vänortsgatan, Mölndal in the period from -to -. It will be very good for your Christmas and new year holiday. The total rental is 7900 kr. This includes water, electricity (limited to 300 kr) and WiFi. Read through the entire ads before you ask, I have some demands on the persons who will rent my apartment. Most of all, I want to rent it out for people with stable income, good references and no credit history. Deposit of 8 000 kr is compulsory, which will be returned at moving out if the apartment is as clean as before without any damage. No animals, no smoking. You cannot make noise disturbing the neighbours or having parties. One room has a 1.6 meter bed and the other has a sofa bed. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with microwave, cookware, dishwasher and fridge. You also have access to laundry facilities, bicycle storage on the courtyard. The apartment is newly painted, which means that I do not want any new holes or spots at all on the walls. The apartment is two minutes walking distance to the tram stop Lackarebäck.
