The house is located in a nice residential area with easy access to the centre of Gothenburg via public transportation to Korsvägen, Chalmers or Sahlgrenska 34 - 45 minutes (about 8 km). The house is near a big outdoor recreational area with several lakes for swimming and fishing. The room is fully furnished, 100 Mbit fiber broadband. Access to dishwasher, washing machine, garden, own toilet, own living room and free parking place. Date to move in can be discussed. I have own experience of renting rooms during my education.
