The room is one of totally 3 rooms that we rent out to students in the basement floor of our house in the quiet residential area of Solängen, in Mölndal, close to Gothenburg. We who own and live in the rest of the house are a family with two kids. Students share facilities (kitchen, bath- and washroom, toilet/shower, dining area) with each other, but not with us, the entrance is also separate. There is a bus-stop nearby and the bus takes 10 min to Sahlgrenska Academy, 10-15 min to Chalmers and 15-20 min to the city center, there is also good biking possibilities. The house is also not far from Astra Zeneca, for those doing internship there. The rooms are plain but include everything you may need besides bed sheets and towels, which you will have to bring with you. There is a bed, desk, chair, closet/drawer. We would like calm, non-smoking and nice tenants who enjoy sharing housing with others. We currently only rent to female international students.
