NOT INCLUDES Electricity bills You make your own subscription to eletricity, so you pay just for what you use. Parking : on the street . The flat is located in a quiet area, a few stones throw from Mölndal centrum ( 8 min by buss ) and 16 minutes to Korsvägen ( Korsvägen is center of Gothenburg- It is central punkt for tramb, busses, bus to airport, etc). Studio is located 1,9 Km from Mölndal center . Studio is located excellent area between Gothenburg u0026 Mölndal. Its about 4 minutes walking to green areas, with lovely lake and nice places for run. Gunnebo Castle is located in Lackarebäck . Important to know: Bus stop is in front of the house ( 1 min walk ), on both sides of the street. If you go directly to the Korsvägen it from the right side street, it takes 16 minutes. From Korsvägen to Chalmers university take 2 minutes by tram. And from Korsvägen to Gothenburg Universitet is 8 minutes by tram. But if you take a bus on the left side , this go first to centre of Mölndal, it will take 8 min, and there is tramb or buss to Korsvägen, I mean it will takes longer time . In Mölndal center has a completetely shopping with everything Supermakets, clothes shop, restaurants, pubs. It is 8 min from the house by bus. In Mölndal center has many differents kind of restaurants too. From Korsväg to Chalmers university take 2 minutes by tram. And from Korsväg to Gothenburg Universitet is 8 minutes by tramb. NOT ALLOWED 1- Party, 2-Smoking is not allowed, If there is a cigarette smell in the studio, the tenant will pay for a new paint job and also the dry washing of the sofa u0026 bed etc....etc. 3-Noise is not in common area. 4- Noises is not allowed from 22.00PM . 5-Pets . 6- Loud music is not allowed. 7- Do not move the furniture in place, especially dragging them, this can scratch the floor. you will have to compensate for the damages. 8-Child run in the garden. EXTRA GUEST 1- Extra guest cost 400 euros per month. 2- Its fine to host a guest during a one day, but if they stay for more than one day, then utilities will cost extra. Fee for 1 visitor 30 euros per day - sleep ( if you have a guest ). 3- No overnight for more than 1 person. DEPOSITION 1- The deposit will be paid upon arrival (2 months rent). The deposition is refunded. 2-The termination of rental contract is 2 months notice. IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING, YOU NEED BUY NEW ONE. What matters to us is that the resident is calm, proper,
