Since we will move abroad for work from Sep 1, 2025, for at least 3 years, we want to rent out our owned apartment, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 big living room with all furnitures, kitchen appliance, bed appliance in good quality. There are 2 kindergartens, 1 primary school, 1 middle school in walking distance. The apartment locates at Krokslatt with quiet ambiance and is among the villa area beside Safjallets Naturreservat. It is easy to access Chalmers University of Technology (10 minutes by bus 60) and Gothenburg University (12 minutes by bus 757). The rent includes cold and hot water, heating, WiFi, etc. The electricity is not included and is estimated around 300-600sek/month according to seasons. The parking is optional, which is 345sek/month if needed. We look for long-term tenants with good profile. Welcome to visit the apartment
