Hi I am Ender, working in automotive industry as a technical project leader, electronics engineer, 28 years old. The apartment is 67 m2 and 21. Address is Blandsädesgatan / Bifrost bus station. Quite good location 5-15 min to university depending on how you travel, car, bus bike etc. I turned the living room into bedroom as I travel a lot and I dont really need the whole space for myself. I will be renting a small room. It is 8m2. Wardrobes are in the corridor. A studying desk and chair. Completely new fresh bed, 3 months old Please write whom you are, which periods you would like the rent the room, any reference if possible, if you are working a work proof or if you are a student a student proving that you are studying. I would like to have someone tidy, that is cleaning each week, not very noisy, fun and social person. 1 month deposition will be required. Rent will be paid in advance on time. E.g. pay and stay. 3 month notice period from both sides. While leaving the apartment, I require a cleaning fee of 1000 SEK as I had issues in the past with previous tenants. Instead, I will take a fee and fix it through a cleaning company or myself. The room is available on 15th of January until 15th of August. So the first proper person comes gets it. It can be tillsvidare-forever and ever yours :) - after a try out period, if we get along.
