Room for a female student to rent in a 4-room apartment with terrace near the sea in Bunkeflostrand southwest of Malmö. Here you live quietly and safely near nature and the sea but still close to the bus stop that takes you to Copenhagen in 22 minutes and to Malmö University in half an hour. You can reach the large Emporia shopping center by bike in fifteen minutes. You can rearrange the room as you want, Im happy to repaint it so that you feel comfortable. There is currently a 90cm bed with a bedside table, but if you would rather have just a 120cm bed, we can solve that. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and feel at home. You have your own toilet but shared shower, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, terrace and living room. There is a bicycle that you can borrow. We prefer to rent out for a long period of time but were flexible.
