Their rooms are located on the first floor and you will have the second floor on your own. The house was renovated in 2020. Female non-smoking students only. Pets not allowed. Rent 5200 SEK/month including electricity heating, water, garbage collection and internet. The house is located at Mellanheden, a quiet neighbourhood in the central parts of Malmoe. You live close to the beach and withing biking distance (10-15 min) from the University, central station and city centre.
