Due to moving, I am looking for a tenant to take over my contract for a student apartment in Oxie, Malmö, from the beginning of April. It is a studio apartment located in a calm and peaceful area very close the bus stop and the train station, from where the city centre can be reached easily. In order to rent the apartment, you must be studying at the university. It is also possible to give some furniture to the next tenant if desired (a bed and a table with chair).
