Hi, I would like to rent out a room in my 3 rooms apartment. The room can be rented for any period of months and up to a year, depending. The hause is located in the middle of the city, very collective and convenient to the city center, university, public transportation, shops and other important service points. I would prefer to rent to a woman or a man, student. There are no pets in the home smoking and crowd is not allowed. I value cleanliness, respect and order in the home.
