Laundry facilities with extra toilet also in the basement. 4 min walk to grocery stores, Training center and gym 500 m away and bus no 6 stops 1 min away. 6 min bike ride to Värnhemstorget with connections to Lund and most of the parts of Malmö. Looking for a calm, tidy and reliable female. Available from september until agreement. Weekly commute and overnight room is also possible, if so, rent discussible. I have two children, 11 and 13 years old and they live here every second week. My mothers labrador comes and visits sometimes, in case of allergies. Rent pays in advance.
