Hi, I will be renting out my apartment for a for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility to rent for another 6 months should everything go well and Akelius approves. The contract must be approved by Akelius and they may require documentation to show the person has work etc. Ideally once a candidate is selected, the approval process may take several weeks by Akelius. The move in will be dependent on the approval from Akelius, I anticipate this to be sometime in December. Preferably no pets or people that smoke. The apartment does not have any furniture in it and has been professionally cleaned ready to move in. I will be traveling so I will have someone I trust show the apartment and give you the keys and contract if chosen. The showing will be at a specific time, probably on the weekend with several chosen potential candidates, so you know what to expect. The rent will be 7,900 kr per month, with a 7000 kr down payment for the deposit. The apartment is completely remodeled, modern and has a with a great view. The location is in the Varnhem area. Below are some great things about the location. - it is very centralized, a 5 to 10-minute bike ride will get you to Lila Torg or Mollan. - it is very close to Entre mall. - there are two grocery stores 3 minutes away walking, so very close. Coop and Hemköp.-Hemmakväll and Systembolaget are a very short distance away. - the train station is only about a 10-minute bike ride away.
