Det finns även möjlighet för en familj att hyra hela villan om ett rum inte var uthyrd än, därför är det viktigt att kontakta mig SNARAST vid intresse. Villan ligger nära busshållsplats och tågstationen i Oxie som tar dig till Malmö centralen på ca 15 min med bra förbindelser till bl a Lund/Helsingborg/Köpenhamn. Gården håller på att fixas så det kan det bli lite störigt i ca 4 veckor, därför får ni 5 rabatt under september månaden i kompensation. Kontrakt perioden är ett år med chans till förlängning om allting går bra. Deposition på 3 månaders hyra krävs i förskott i samband med avtalsskrivning och nyckelöverlämning. Depositionen återfås vid avslutande av hyreskontrakt om rummet/huset är normalt behandlad & städad vid avflyttning. Information: - El och Wifi ingår ENDAST vid rumsuthyrning. - Gratis parkering på gatan finns. - Viktigt att ni respekterar varandra och grannarna - speciellt nattetid - Rökning och djur fri. Rummen hyrs ut EJ Möblerad: - Rum för 1 person: 5490 - Stort rum för 1 person: 5990 - Stort rum för 2 personer: 6490 om en person, eller 7490 om två personer hyr det. - Hyran är 27990 vid intresse av att hyra hela villan, kall hyra. There is also the possibility for a family to rent the entire villa if a room was not rented yet, therefore it is important to contact me ASAP if that is the case. The villa is close to the bus stop and the train station in Oxie which takes you to Malmö central station in about 15 minutes, with good connections to Lund/Helsingborg/Copenhagen. The garden is being fixed so it may get a little bit fussy for about 4 weeks, therefore you will receive a 5 discount during the month of September in compensation. The contract period is one year with the chance to extend if everything goes well. Deposit of 3 months rent is required in advance in connection with contract writing and key delivery. The deposit is returned upon completion of lease if the room/house is normally treated & cleaned upon leaving.
