Its a spacious 4-room apartment with a private terrace and good views. The area is modern with plenty of grocery stores and training facilities nearby. The flat is fully furnished and the rooms are furnished with bed, dresser, closets and have great views towards the turning torso etc. The apartment has a large kitchen with modern facilities including a dishwasher. It also has a bathroom with washer and dryer for laundry. The living room has two bed sofas, smart TV and speakers. Cable tv and wifi are included in rent. Other utilities are not included. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and of course the bathroom. About us: We are two tidy and easy going english speaking guys who recently moved to Sweden to study and work. Ideally, were looking for someone to stay at least six months.
