Hi i am renting out my student apartment from 7th of April until 21st of August as i will be going abroad for an internship. its a open and spacious studio apartment on the ground floor with a big balcony facing the garden. the apartment is partly furnished including bed, TV, appliances and equipped with newly installed kitchen cabinet. internet and electricity is included in the rent. the apartment is only available for a student who must be able to provide proof of study before signing the contract.
