I will be studying abroad for 2 semesters and my furnished apartment will be available to rent starting 1st. of August 2018. It is located near Stadium with easy access to supermarkets like LIDL, ICA and Coop , you may use the buses to get you directly to city central station or Hyllie Station for those of you working in Copenhagen. - the rent includes the water consumption and Wifi internet. - the electricity is excluded in the rent and will be collected at the end of each month. - Smoking or drug / narcotic abuse is prohibited on this property. - you will need to prove your steady income. - 2 months deposition will collected.
