Hi, I am renting out my cozy 38 sm apartment, the apartment is on Solvesborgsgatan 8, on the 2nd floor. with a big room, a separate study/working area (which can also fit a 120cm bed perfectly), a bathroom, a relatively big kitchen, and a nice balcony, perfect for a sunny day morning or afternoon coffee or tea. both windows in the room and kitchen are facing the South so it is sunny all-day long. and there is a laundry in the basement level, no charge just need to prebook the time. The location is so good that it is directly behind Folkets park on a quiet street, 3 minutes walking to Bus No.5 station on Amiralsgatan. across the park is Coop supermarket. and 10 minutes walking distance to Triangeln and Mollevangstorget. I would like to rent it out as furnished starting from end of May or 1st of June, so yes the tenant can use my bed(120cm width), brand new Sofa I bought 2 month ago( which can turn into a big sofa bed), desk, TV, tea table, draw and wardrobe, internet with 100mb speed and unlimited usage. and you can rearrange everything to your liking. 5500kr per month all included even the electricity and heating( unless the tenant waste too much energy then I would have to adjust according to the bills and charge the difference). 2 month rent as deposit refundable upon termination of the contract. My aim is not to earn money on rent as you can see I am only charging the cost pretty much as what I am paying each month. therefore I would like to have a responsible person or couple to take a good use of my apartment while I am away to take care of my family. 6 month to start with, if tenant fit my requirement and pay rent on time, we can extend contract till a year. and we can discuss for even longer period but lets not get to far ahead of ourselves for now:) So if you are interested please dont hesitate to contact me. and please do write a little bit about yourself and attach your phone nr for me to contact you.
