The sofa folds out to and extra bed and there are hidden speakers in every room to enjoy music from. Bathtub with shower space and a nice little courtyard of you wanna chill in the sun. The price includes electricity, internet, general wear and tear etc. Im gonna be away for the summer and im looking for a nice person to take care of the place while im gone.
