Notice... i have one room in my apartment to rent , its also a nice room with barcony, nice view , suitable for both summer and winter season. meanwhile, the location of the house is obviously 3 minutes from the bus station. its a clean apartment that has just been renovated. i have washing machine inside , dish washing machine, free internet , tv connection also available. i need someone that has job. please, if you are interested , contact me on my mobile telephone number stated above. its 3 room apartment,husband and wife are making use of the other two room. but your privacy will be guranteed regardless.we work always and hardly at home, i have no kids, so the house is quite calm and quiet. i need one month deposit before moving into the apartment.if you there is no damage to the room, the money will be refunded to you on the day you decided to leave the apartment. its very important that you inform me one month notice before taking your deposit, thanks.
