Hi there, We are looking for a tenant to live in our fully furnished home for 6months during which we will be abroad in Costa Rica. Ideally, we are looking for a respectable person with routine and good hygiene. There might be possibility to extend the lease after the 6months depending on our situation in Costa Rica Here are some useful details about the apartment. - It is fully furnished. - The apartment is on the 2nd floor -no lift keeps you fit ) - Rooms: 1 king-size bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room/dining room, 1 studio. - We love plants, and have many of them around the house that would need caring to. - Lighting in some of the rooms can be adjusted by colour and strength to make the perfect ambience for every situation. - Since we are Non-smokers, we dont wish to have any smoking inside the apartment - Although not obsessive about cleanliness, we do like to keep our place orderly and clean.
