Furnished two room apartment, 60 m2 with balcony in calm and green neighbourhood, Mellanheden in Malmö, just 10 min bike ride from the ocean and 15 min bike ride from the city centre. Lush Park just outside the house. Close communication to the trains to Copenhagen. I am a 42-year-old with an interest in Buddhism and meditation and have lived in the apartment since 2021 and fell in love with it due to its serene neighborhood and closeness to the ocean. Going to the sauna and bathing house by the shore is a weekend favorite that I highly recommend. The flat has a living room which also serves as a sleeping area and a bedroom with a bunkbed. Bathroom has an old finish but with a relaxing bathtub. In the summer it is great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun during mid-day. The building is well taken care of by the landlord (MKB) and if you would have any issues, it is usually fixed within the day or two. Close to the flat there is a lovely bakery, an ICA and Lidl store and several cafes and restaurants. Buses run on the main street about 100 meters from the house. Since I am taking a year to study Im renting out the apartment. After the initial rental period, it is possible to rent the flat for one year starting in August/September 2025 and contract will be approved by landlord. Internet, electricity and heating is included in the rent. Deposit: One months rent which will be returned when contracts end. I am looking for a calm, smokefree, organized and well-behaved tenant who is respecting neighbors, is being honest and open in communication and share the value to live sustainably, being kind and what you give you get in return.
