Hello dear future fun-smart-creative-social-flatmate Your room is one of two bedrooms of a lovely flat at Monbijougatan in central Malmö, Möllan from 1st of March 17. Your flat is simply awesome it has a nice semi-bohemian atmosphere, own entrance and it is gradually getting improved. It has spacious kitchen with a couch and a dinner table. Its living-room is furnished with retro couches, Kandinsky replicas, a wide flat TV and a decent surrond sound system where you can watch kick-ass arty films. Although the bathroom could be better, it has a Monet printed shower curtain There is even a walk-in closet in the flat which is going to be mostly at your service. From the flat, it takes 8 mins for you to go to Triangel station (acc. to google map). Besides, within a 5 mins of relax walk you reach the top 5 best bars/pubs in Malmö (acc. to me). In other words, your home is in the most fun, creative and colourful area you can get in modest Malmö it is surrounded by quitecosy cafés, mostlydecent art galleries and cheapbutalright restaurants. Your room is not so terrific as rest of the flat though, it provides only ca 20m3 of sleepingandlivingspace with a 8m2 floor area. The bright side is, it is furnished and it faces towards inner-garden, meaning you can avoid the rather loud declarations of beardedhipsterintoxication at the weekends, cause your flat is at the street level. Living in this lovely home is going to drain 3500 SEK from your bank account monthly, including the bills for wi-fi, water, electricity, and heating. 6 months-long rental, but possible extension if everything goes smooth. Oh, also a month-rent deposit. You are over 27, lived in shared flats before, and become only glad when there are other people hanging in the flat. You care about your surroundings (both immediate and global), hopefully enjoy some art form, and appreciate fun and party at the weekends. You might be a not-yet-discovered artist, or a promising researcher. You can very likely be a student or you freelance. Your friends describe you as easy going, SOCIAL, FUN-LOVING, and smart person, and your former flatmates remember that you had the required minimum kinetic energy to do the dishes. It is a big plus if you lived abroad (or if Sweden is abroad for you). I, your flatmate, a social and fun loving person at his best age. I am also a PhD student/researcher Lund University with academic interest in shopping and fashion. I am native in TR, proficient in EN and confident in SE. Studied sociology and theatre at candidate level, and migration and ethnology at graduate. I was a part of a theatre group and acted for many years, albeit i m now into filmmaking. I play also cajon and darbuka, though mostly when i m bored. Occasionally I dance lindy-hop and salsa when I am sober, and other spooky dances when i m not.
