Im renting my apartment out for preferably 1 year. Fully furnished. Internet is included in the rent but electricity will be added - if wanted you can see the electricity bill every month. A binding agreement is only drawn up after approval from the housing association. Credit information and a one-month deposit will be required. Im renting out to a non smoker, non pet owner and a calm and responsible person/persons, with that said no party princess/prince. Its a calm area with bus stops nearby and several supermarket as well. The apartment will be available from Jan or after a mutual agreement.
