Large bright room in a shared flat

I have a nice big room (23 sqm) with high ceilings thats fully furnished in a large apartment located in Slussen. The apartment is a 5 min walk to Varnhem with good connections to Lund and the rest of the city. Its a 2 min walk from Rörsjöparken and Kungsgatan. The price per month includes having a cleaning service twice per month, so youll need to tidy after yourself but you wont have to scrub the toilet or shower. The room is available for one person, no couples thanks About the room: The room is furnished with a 160cm bed, two dressers, a wardrobe, and a desk. All of the furniture is brand new, and whoever rents the room will get the opportunity to add a bit of their own touch to the room with a chair or light or whatever else you need. (We can discuss what you need and purchase it for you) About the apartment: The apartment is a 4.5 room according to the real estate company however Id describe it as two bedrooms, two toilets (1 with a shower), a big kitchen and a living room. Total space is 118sqm in the flat and youll be of course welcome to use the living room and kitchen to entertain guests. Theres also laundry in the flat. The apartment is fully furnished with all of the necessities but since I just moved in decorations and some odds and ends are still being sorted out. About me: (The guy renting the flat) Im Canadian guy in my late 20s and I work in the engineering field. I enjoy traveling, hiking, and being lazy and watching TV. I like having a clean flat and enjoy having a flatmate to have a beer and socialize with. About you: You should have some steady form of income and enjoy living with someone else in the same flat. The flat should be kept clean so you need to be the sort of person who tidies up after themselves and takes good care of things. Also you dont have any pets that plan to live in the flat. First and last months rent (deposit) is to be paid after the contract is signed and when you move in.
