For rent: A large room in a turn-of-the-century-apartment(1895 AD) in Malmös best area. Close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Looking for: A sociable, positive person who wants to live with others. About the apartment: The total area is 138m2, its situated on the fourth floor with no elevator(). All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms are stuccoed with parquet floor and large windows. High ceilings in all rooms except the big bathroom. Dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry in the basement. Small but lovely courtyard. Wifi. About the room: The room is let UNfurnished. The rent is 4500 SEK per month, with insurance/tv/wifi/electricity/spotify included in the price. The rent is paid in advance, and a deposition is paid in conjunction with the contract signing. The deposition will be repaid when you move out, minus eventual costs for repairs and cleaning. Notice is two whole calendar months. About the collective: We share kitchen, bathrooms, living room, pans and cutlery. We also share spices, salt, toilet paper, dish soap the rest you buy yourself. The common areas are to be kept clean what you do with your own room is up to you. We dont spend every minute together, we dont cook together, we basically have our own lives. Hanging out is a perk, not a must. However, if you have no interest AT ALL in hanging out, this is probably not for you. About us: Jonas (43) is a programmer/social dancer. Reinder (38) is a PhD biologist. Linnea (25) is an arabic student. (And leaving us to move in with her boyfriend is Jenny, 26, a recently graduated environmental science student.)
