You are welcome to bring your own furniture if you want. Internet, cable tv, water and heating are included. Laundry is in the same buildings basement. Outside parking can be arranged with 120 SEK / month. The bus stop is at 5 minutes walk and it is 3km from the city center. Gym 24/7 and grocery store are on couple of minutes walk. Apartment is available from the beginning of June. The apartment will be rented out for 12 months for further extension. There is a two months notice period from both the parties. The rent is 9000 electricity / month plus 1 months in the security deposit which is refundable based on apartment condition.
