Cozy and quiet one-room apartment in the middle of Möllevången. Everything is close, supermarkets, nice bars/cafes, parks, a train station with great neighbors. Plus, outdoor market on the Square from Monday to Saturday. Since it faces a big yard, you have a calm place to live, work, and sleep (in a loft bed, 2 in total). No furniture is included but maybe I have chairs or we can discuss more on what is needed. You have to bring at least one mattress either 140 or 160. The time you will have to leave might be flexible. And you could have the option to buy this place if you enjoyed it as I did I wanted to stay there for a long period but I had the opportunity to buy a bigger apartment in the same house. The reason is that I have a little boy now and need more space. I am looking for someone who can take good care of this place.
