Round the corner there are nice cafes, restaurants and shops. It is tastefully furnished, with a new bed, a new sofa bed, a fully functional kitchen, a communal laundry room and a beautiful communal garden. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The rent is 13,000kr/month with a one months deposit. No smoking indoors. Rent to be paid monthly in advance on the 25th of the month. References and insurance will be needed.
