The apartment is very functional, with comfortable bathroom, practical kitchen, spacious living area with balcony facing west and separate cosy bedroom. Theres bbq facilities available in the backyard, as well as in the park nearby. It takes 8 min by foot to Hyllie train station from where you can easily get to Malmö center (7 min), Copenhagen airport (12 min) or Copenhagen central station (28 min). Theres also a large supermarket nearby, and a shopping mall right next to the station. The rental is initially for a year and conditioned on that your candidacy is accepted by the hyresvärd. The rent includes cable TV, heating, cold water. Bills for hot water and electricity are settled separately each month as per usage. Own Internet contract can be obtained with Tele2. Apartment is not furnished.
