Included in the rent is internet, electricity and Comhem basutbud (but no TV). There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, as well as a separate laundry room in the building. Bicycle parking is available in the garage. Large sunny patio facing south-west overlooking a green area and the Turning Torso, with some outdoor furniture. The apartment is only rented to a serious, neat and clean person with a fixed income, references, and no payment remarks. Pets are not allowed in the building, and no smoking. The rental contract will be arranged through Blocket, which will also conduct a credit check. The rent is paid one month in advance, one months deposit will be taken, and three months notice (cf.
