Hi everyone. Im taking a 2-year break from research to do a course in creative writing. Im writing a book on pollen in another universe where everything is run by probability theory. Im renting out my 1 bedroom flat during this time. Its fully furnished including a double bed. Everything such as electricity, heating and very fast broadband is included in the rent. Im about to move out on the pics hence the mess. Please drop me a line and tell me about yourself if you are interested. Im showing the flat next week. Its available from first of December or possibly before if you wish. The rent is 9000. Outrageous, I know, but I really want to write this book You pay one month rent in deposit when we write the contract if moving in.
