I am renting out my apartment from Mid September or first of October for 6 months with possibility of extension for another 6 (1 year in total). It is a lovely, bright apartment on the fifth floor (with elevator), and it comes furnished. The living room and bedroom are very large, and there is a balcony opening from the bedroom. The kitchen is bright and comes with an installed dishwasher. The location is very convenient, with Willys, Lidl, Coop, ICA and Hemköp within walking distance. The Värnhem bus hub is 8-10 minutes walking distance, and has fantastic connecting buses both within Malmö and to regional buses (for instance Lund). There are many restaurants, and cafes around, and right below the apartment there is a pizzeria with great food The neighbourhood is very calm, and there is also a lovely large park right behind the building. Heat, warm water, broadband are included in the rent. Electricity is included up to monthly 250 kr, more than that you will need to pay extra (please note that the electricity fee comes on the apartment Avgift with a couple months delay). The place is great for a single person or a couple (not children). I am looking for a smoke-free person without any pets, with a stable income.
