The apartment is located in central malmö, 5 minutes walk to triangeln, excellent for those who travel to Lund or Kopenhamn. The room is available as soon as possible. The kitchen is very spacious, it is shared as well as the bathroom (and washing machines). I want to rent to a woman, preferably a student. As I am a student in Lund university myself. The room is not furnished, but it can be fixed upon request. One month deposit is needed.
