Please read the text carefully before you contact me Long term contract, the room is availabel from the 1th of November 2019. This is the second time I put this add out, cause the one future flatmate that I was intressting in, could finally not take it due to financially issues. We are a Swedish, a French and a German now looking for a fourth flate mate. We all speak English as well. The apartment is bright, on the second floor. 12 minutes walk from Emporia departmentstore/ Hyllie train station. You have bus station outside the door and it takes 30 minutes by bus to get to Central station. If you take the train from Hyllie it only takes 7 minutes to get to the central station. There are two toilets and a balcony. You need to pay one month deposit - the same amount as the rent, 4 500 SEK. All the charges are including in the rent: home insurance, wifi, electricity and heat water. I do not want to become you mother a/Telling you to put your shoses on the shoe-rack. b/turn of the stove when you finished coocking food. I do not want a fire c/If you do not have the time to dish, you have to put the plates in the zink- but do not leave it on the table I have a dishwasher. d/I do not want to clean the toilet after you, you have to flush after you e/Lock the main door with the key even though people are at home. I do not want to arrive home and the door is not locked with the key. f/ We are both left and right wings when it comes to policy and you have to respect that and do not call anyone racist cause they are right wing or call a left wing stupid. You have to respect democracy in this houshould. g/ It has to be quiet between 10 pm and 08 am. If you want to listen to music then you put your headseat on. If you want to speak on the phone then you go to your room after 10pm. People work in this houshold and we have to respect that they need their beautysleep. e/ You can bring friends home, but its your responsability. If your friend dammage things I will take that money from your deposit. Do I sound strict No its just common sense. We can eat toghether sometimes, we can play games together or just talk, but please let my parrot speak as well, cause he has a lot of things on his mind. We have all the access to the balcony and if you are at home, we will not cross your room without your permission. But if you are not home, we will use the balcony without your permission.The room has a walk in closet with a window. If you want I can send you another pitcure of the walk in closet. You can,smoke but only on the balcony with the door closed. At the end of December my pet, a beautiful (cockateil) parrot will come back to my home. He will be most of the time in my room but sometimes in the kitchen. He sings and is the king of the home. And he flies. And he has the right to fly. The only one that can open the window in the kitchen is me, cause my bird flies sometimes in the kitchen. One of the flat mate is gay (a man) and you have to respect his sexuality. Sometime I will take care of a frineds dog, so you can not be allerged/ or afraid of dogs.
