I am renting out a room from my apartment located in a beautiful and very neat environment of Limhamn. The room is tidy and equipped with chair, curtain, complete bed and mattress, the bed is equipped with 2 large drawers. There is also an extra bedside drawer attached. This also includes access to big wardrobes. The toilet, bathroom and kitchen are shared. The apartment has a very spacious Elevator. Laundry is located at a central location. The bus stop (Bus 1) is just adjacent to the building and hence a very good location for public transport, 3 minutes walk to other bus stops (bus 33), 4 minutes by bus to Hyllie Station. And easy access to grocery store (Hempkop is directly located on the ground floor), and abundance of major malls and stores at Hyllie, with close proximity to other locations by bus or train. Requirements for the tenant: One occupant only, No pet allowed, No partying in the apartment, Non smoker, no credit. You will be required to show proof of source of income. Private areas are to be respected. The rent is inclusive of Electricity, water, heating and wifi.Monthly rent is paid in advance.
