The apartment is a bright and spacious 68 m two-room apartment, recently renovated and located in the heart of Möllanone of Malmös most vibrant, creative, and multicultural neighborhoods. Cafés, restaurants, parks, public transport, and the city center are all just a short walk away. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can simply bring your suitcase and feel at home. It includes: Fully equipped kitchen Dishwasher Washing machine & dryer Smart TV, Apple TV & home theatre PlayStation 4 Guitars (if you play, theyre yours to enjoy) Queen-size bed Sofa, dining table, wardrobe & plenty of storage Sunny balcony Rent: 10,000 SEK/month One months deposit 10 furniture surcharge Electricity, heating and broadband are billed separately according to usage. The building also has a private garage, available for 800 SEK/month if needed. Because this is my home, Im hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here and treat it with the same care they would their own. Ideally, you have a stable income, good references, and are a non-smoker without pets. Suitable for a single professional or a couple. Unfortunately, the apartment isnt suitable for families with young children.
