Room in a centrally located flat with many nearby conveniences. The apartment is shared with me and my well trained older dog who is a poodle mix and does not shed. The room can be furnished with a small bed or that can be taken away - the wardrobes are included in the space. There is a shared main bathroom with shower, but there is a separate WC for the tenant. There is a full eat-in kitchen, a room used for projects like sewing, and a room for yoga and pilates that can be shared with the tenant. There is also a living room for shared use. Included in the rent are all utilities. Looking for a relaxed and respectful tenant who appreciates a calm but creative environment. The contract length is negotiable.
