The dates are flexible: I can move them earlier or later, and the stay can be extended until the end of June, since I may do a short internship during my exchange. The apartment: 34 m, fully furnished 160200 bed, sofa, wardrobes, table with two chairs, side table, shoe rack Kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave French balcony (no regular balcony) Im leaving my posters on the walls and the curtains, which make it feel cozy Rent and whats included: 7,500 SEK/month, utilities included Laundry rooms are available 24/7 and bookable via an app Parking is available through Aimo Park BBQ area and plenty of bike parking Location and communications: Oxie train station is a short walk away, and the train to Malmö C takes around 10-15 minutes About 30 minutes from Lund C (train, bus, or your own transport) Many Malmö University and Lund University students live nearby A student ambassador organizes regular events in the area, so its easy to meet people Requirements: You must be an active student during the rental period (student ID or LADOK confirmation required) Why Im subletting Im away on exchange and want the apartment to be in good hands while Im gone. My experience living here has been really positive.
