The flat is 61m2 in size and has two separate rooms for sleeping and living, a large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is located on the top floor (4th floor) with a lift. The best feature is the 6m2 fully glazed balcony a winter garden and tomato greenhouse The entire flat faces south and is very bright thanks to the large windows you can even see the stars at night :) During the day, you can look out onto the green courtyard of the housing association. Ive renovated the flat with a lot of love and time and bring in fresh and ecological energy, using 99 natural materials such as clay paint, clay plaster, cork linoleum flooring, linseed oil paint, wood insulation, and much more. I tried to avoid using harmful chemicals and silicone plastic components during the renovation. The asbestos-containing flooring in the kitchen and hallway have been professionally removed and replaced with terracotta tiles and linoleum cork flooring, which are also anti-allergenic. To preserve the 1960s style, I restored the existing functionalist sink and kitchen cabinets and painted them in a cheerful yellow with linseed oil paint. In the bedroom, I had the beautiful wooden parquet flooring sanded down and waxed and oiled using eco-friendly products. The living room has the original varnished oak parquet flooring. I am looking for a responsible tenant that values my work and wants to stay at my place for 6 month, maybe a full year while I am working abroad. Furnitures upon discussion.
