As we will be on vacation abroad, our three-room apartment is available for summer sublease. The apartment is located in student area in Norra Faladen, very close to Willys, ICA, Actic gym, etc. 2 minutes walk to bus station (No. 4), and walking distance to Lund University. The total rent is 6500 SEK (for about 1 month and 4 days), the internet, heating, water are included. But you have to pay the electricity (around 3-400 SEK/M, depending on how much you use it). The apartment is fully furnished, beds, sofa, TV, tables, and kitchen stuffs which are free of charge. We would like to take additional 3200 SEK as safety deposit (approximately half-month rent which will be refunded when the lease ends if nothing is damaged).
