Studentbostad

Spolegatan 12B, Centrala staden

The reason as to why Im letting my room is that I got a job in another part of Sweden, and dont want to give up my room in the first place. The building lays right next to LUND central station, a 10 minute train ride away from Malmö University. The student life in Malmö is almost non existing, separate to that of Lunds, so if you want more of the student life I suggest you live in Lund :D Others find it a little more comfortable or fancier than most dorm rooms because of its 1920s architecture and the fact that it was renovated just a few years back. The length of occupancy is flexible, just tell me your preferences and Im sure we can find an agreement.
